Plump, glossy, and intoxicatingly fragrant, our Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods are hand-selected at peak maturity and undergo three meticulous quality checks: at the farms, before export, and before distribution to our clients.

We guarantee pods of minimum 20 cm length and 35% moisture content, ensuring rich oils, supple texture, and over 200 natural flavour compounds ready to infuse your creations with deep, velvety notes that linger on the palate.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Recommended storage: In an airtight container, store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze, to prevent drying out.

Shelf life: 24 months from production date.
